What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Using our free standard shipping option, your order will be with you in 2-3 days via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes. If you choose Next Day shipping before 10:00AM, your order will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail First Class or courier (subject to availability) for next day delivery. We'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL

Single title orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard for delivery within 7-10 days within the EU and 14-30 days outside the EU. Multiple book titles will usually be delivered via UPS Standard.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Provided your order is in perfect condition, we are happy to refund or exchange your item within 14 days.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

Yes. Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

How do I order wholesale?

Our entire catalogue of titles are available through the biggest UK wholesalers, Bertram Books and Gardners. We also offer attractive discounts directly, so feel free to get in touch.

Do you use sustainable paper?

Yes. We pride ourselves on sourcing book paper from mills that are committed to sustainable FSC Certified paper production.
